Senior CX Strategist

We are looking for a talented Senior CX Strategist, who sees the opportunity for improvement in everything.

The best experiences cannot be created by individuals but should be reached across the traditional disciplinary silos forging new forms of collaboration, championing human-centered design from project kick-off to delivery.

Customer Experience Strategists create the people-centric foundation of projects, fusing practices of design and strategy while ensuring the delivery of the specific brand and business promises.

As a Senior CX Strategist you will contribute to the shape and definition of design activities throughout engagements at the project level.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • A bachelor graduate with 2+ years' experience working in the innovation field for a strategic or innovation consulting firm, a brand strategy firm, a corporate innovation or management consulting, product management or a venture capital firm
  • Passionate about understanding people and businesses, with a strong balance between analytical and creative skills, and the ability to think outside the box
  • Able to use design research, market research, business analytics and to identify markets, insights, problems, unmet needs and technologies that can be tapped and turned into innovative new products, brands, and services
  • Comfortable in a consulting role and experienced with a client-facing position
  • Communicate to the client the insights and stories behind the strategy and concepts we design
  • Able to work independently to deliver a project from start to finish
  • Create key deliverables (research output, detailed user journeys, service blueprint, system map, stakeholder map)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Customer Experience Strategy Lead

Milano/Roma

We are looking for a talented CX Strategy Lead, who sees the opportunity for improvement in everything. A Lead who grasps a challenge and will do whatever it takes to solve a client’s problem.

The best experiences cannot be created by individuals but should be reached across the traditional disciplinary silos forging new forms of collaboration, championing human-centered design from project kick-off to delivery.

Customer Experience Strategists create the people-centric foundation of projects, fusing practices of design and strategy while ensuring the delivery of the specific brand and business promises.

As Lead, you will mentor and oversee the day to day work of your team and work on specific projects both externally and internally. From early on, you will be in close contact with the clients supporting the Director from new business acquisition through to the actual delivery. Therefore, strong stakeholder management skills are a must.

The management side of the role would entail the line management of both juniors and seniors, the support of the Director in the talent acquisition and team building process as well as co-shaping the design directions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • A bachelor graduate or an MBA in a relevant field with 6+ years' experience working in the innovation field for a strategic or innovation consulting firm, a brand strategy firm, a corporate innovation or management consulting, product management or a venture capital firm
  • Passionate about understanding people and businesses, with a strong balance between analytical and creative skills, and the ability to think outside the box
  • Able to use design research, market research, business analytics and to identify markets, insights, problems, unmet needs and technologies that can be tapped and turned into innovative new products, brands, and services

UX / Service Designer - Mid

Roma

The UX and Service Design team is built by people from different backgrounds joined by the interest and willingness to create products easy to use and to gratify the end user at every single moment of the experience. Each team member is required to have a interpersonal skills especially with the customer at different levels of seniority, with particular curiosity and willingness to contribute to the definition of the design process that all the team is invited to follow from project to project. The team, albeit geographically distributed, works coherently, with regular sharing moments where everyone is invited to contribute to the growth and improvement of one of the key teams for the group’s success.

We are looking for a collaborative and creative designer, able to take part during several phases, such as research, workshops with clients and design of the solution. The candidate should be familiar with User Centered Design practices to design feasible products and services that include clients’ vision and users’ needs. A Mid Designer is required to have the capability of designing services and experiences across several channels, either physical or digital, in complex environments. Collaboration, pro-activity, curiosity and a proven experience are strictly required for this role.

ACTIVITIES

  • Conduct User/Business/Technical requirements analysis
  • Conduct User Research & Usability Testing
  • Design and conduct Design Thinking workshop with internal stakeholders and clients, to gather and validate requirements
  • Map knowledge using Personas, Service Blueprints, User Journeys, Scenarios, Storyboards, Flowcharts, Prototypes (Lo-Fi and Hi-Fi)
  • Design interfaces and services, information architectures and interaction models, through co-design techniques
  • Curate the development of a product/service in collaboration with the technical team
  • Validate the product/service during the design, using several kind of testing techniques
  • Work with other teams in a multidisciplinary way
  • Coordinate with the Lead to set the right design approach
  • Be a mentor for the Juniors

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Master in Design, Human Computer Interaction or similar
  • 2-4 years of experience in an analogue position
  • Excellent experience with tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC and other design and prototyping tools
  • Familiar with Service Design and the ability to turn ideas into proofs of concepts
  • Excellent design skills
  • Ability to work in an excellent way both in the design of products and services
  • Ability to work in an excellent way both in the design of products and services
  • Inclusion of UCD practices in the design process, both at Discovery and Validation stages
  • Proficiency with Agile and Lean methods

UX / Service Designer - Junior

Working in a multidisciplinary environment, the Junior UX designer collaborates on the search and definition of the end user, he/she builds the information structure and translates it into an ideal interaction model, platforms, budgets, and delivery times. Together with other project team members, he/she collaborates on the strategic approach, design and content definition.

  • Being an active participant in collaboration with colleagues and customers, which will then be summed up and synthesized in high quality presentations (PowerPoint or Keynote) to be shared internally and with the end customer.
  • Familiarity with the information architecture, definition of interaction models through wireframes and prototypes for all devices.
  • Striking curiosity towards new technologies
  • Code writing capability, experience with user testing or service design are definitely a plus
  • Good English both spoken and written
  • Interpersonal skills, ability to work in a dynamic context, and goal orientation complete the profile
