The candidate will be included within the Digital Entity center, in the Customer Experience Strategy team.

The team consists of people from different backgrounds. Although geographically distributed, it works coherently, with regular sharing moments where everyone is invited to contribute to the growth and improvement of one of the key teams for the success of the Digital Entity group. The customer experience strategist is a proactive part in advisory projects by carrying out analysis activities and / or supporting of strategic design and digital transformation initiatives starting from customer experience analysis. He/she contributes and participates in studies and research on market trends.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Grad students or recent graduates in Economics and / or Management, Marketing and Communication, Management Engineering (preferably with a digital major)
  • Interest in digital marketing and service design issues and strong motivation for consulting completes the profile.

  • Nice-to-have: 2/3 years of relevant experience in digital consulting firm
  • Good English both spoken and written

UX Designer Junior

Working in a multidisciplinary environment, the Junior UX designer collaborates on the search and definition of the end user, he/she builds the information structure and translates it into an ideal interaction model, platforms, budgets, and delivery times.   • Familiarity with the information architecture, definition of interaction models through wireframes and prototypes for all devices.
  • Striking curiosity towards new technologies

Lead Service Designer

The Lead Service Designer will be the benchmark for everyone, colleagues and customers, in understanding and defining the operating environment, touchpoints, and business models that will guarantee the success of the end product. Working in a multidisciplinary environment, the Lead Service Designer guides all people involved in the project, from the definition of requirements to final product delivery, collaborating with the Ux / Service Design team manager in managing people in the area.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5/7 years of experience in the Service or UX Design
  • Degree in Design Services, Product Design or Interaction Design
  • Experience in co-ordinating design moments with colleagues and clients, which will then be summarized and synthesized in high quality presentations to be shared internally and with the end customer
  • Ability to translate service models into interoperability models and usable and working interfaces
  • In-depth knowledge of design tools such as experience mapping, personas design, customer journey, service blueprint, as well as a strong curiosity towards new technologies
  • Fluent English
  • Good public speaking and listening skills.

Ability to relate to the customer at different levels, autonomy in managing complex projects, enthusiasm and attitude to work in a constantly changing context complete the profile.

Art Director Senior

The Senior visual designer support the Digital Art Director on conceptualizing and creating digital assets for ongoing digital communications and content for digital projects. These include responsive websites, mobile apps and social media. He or she will be highly creative and have the ability to quickly take concepts. The innovative nature of the team’s work requires dynamic attitude and we expect his/her involvement in all aspects of concept development.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5-6 years experience in digital design within digital communication agency
  • strong digital design experience across a range of media and all forms of visual communication – including user interaction, motion graphics, photography and visual design.
  • Passion for technologies and interactive projects; able to identify appropriate opportunities
  • Effective skills in the practices of typography and layout
  • Strong time management of projects and tasks
